1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Interview Cursor (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Interview Cursor is an AI-powered interview assistant that provides real-time responses during job interviews. The service includes screen capture analysis, real-time transcription, and AI-generated interview responses.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person is allowed.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Tier: 10 minutes of usage with 12-minute reset period after exhaustion.

Standard Plan: 65 minutes of AI-assisted interview practice.

Premium Plan: 185 minutes of AI-assisted interview practice.

Unlimited Plan: Unlimited AI-assisted interview practice with all premium features.

All paid subscriptions are valid for the purchased time duration and do not expire by date. Unused minutes carry over indefinitely.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening others
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Sharing your account with others
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Using the service in ways that could damage our reputation or systems
• Any form of academic dishonesty, exam cheating, or certification fraud
• Misrepresenting your qualifications or identity during any hiring process

6. User Responsibility & Intended Use

Users are solely responsible for how they use Interview Cursor. This product is designed and intended exclusively for mock interview practice and self-improvement. We strongly discourage and do not condone the use of Interview Cursor for any unfair, unethical, or dishonest purposes during actual job interviews, exams, or assessments.

By using this service, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from misuse. Interview Cursor and its team shall not be held liable for any disciplinary, legal, or professional repercussions resulting from the user’s actions.

We encourage all users to use this product in mock interviews to practice and build confidence. Relying on your own genuine knowledge and abilities during actual interviews is strongly recommended. Using this or any AI assistance tool during live interviews may violate an employer’s policies and could result in serious professional consequences.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

Interview Cursor processes audio and screen data in real-time to generate responses. We do not permanently store your interview audio, screen captures, or transcriptions after the session ends, unless explicitly saved by you.

8. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian users and USD for international users. 18% GST is applicable for Indian users and will be added at checkout.
• Payment is required before service activation.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made and credits/minutes are added to your account, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Unused minutes or credits
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Account suspension due to Terms violation
• Change of mind after purchase
• Technical issues on the user’s end (internet, hardware, etc.)

We strongly recommend testing the free tier before making any purchase to ensure the service meets your expectations.

10. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Interview Cursor and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without explicit written permission.

11. Testimonials & Marketing Disclaimer

Some testimonials, user reviews, success stories, and illustrations displayed on our website and marketing materials are for promotional and advertising purposes only. They may include fictional or composite user profiles, dramatized success scenarios, stock or AI-generated imagery, and hypothetical results that may not represent typical user experiences.

Individual results may vary significantly based on factors such as personal preparation, experience level, interview performance, and hiring decisions made by employers. Interview Cursor does not guarantee any specific outcomes, job offers, or interview success.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interview Cursor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Interview Cursor is a tool to assist with preparation and practice. We are not responsible for any decisions made by employers, interviewers, or any third parties based on your use of the service.

13. Service Availability & Accuracy

Interview Cursor relies on third-party AI models (such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini) and real-time audio/screen capture technologies. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Compatibility with all hardware, software, or network configurations
• That the service will be free of bugs or security vulnerabilities at all times

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Any remaining credits or minutes in your account will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

15. Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied. Interview Cursor is an AI-assisted preparation tool and should not be treated as professional career advice, legal counsel, or a substitute for genuine interview preparation and skill development.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
